Meet, Jessica Freitag

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and an experienced baker of over 20 years, Jessica Freitag took her experience and love for cakes to the next level by opening not only one but two Lush Cakes location in Southern Minnesota.

When she’s not in the kitchen, Jessica loves spending time with her husband and two sons up north!

"I always carried the dream of starting my own bakery but I had no idea what was in store! Lush Cakes was born from a love of creating beautiful wedding cakes and has grown to what it is today from a whole lot of hard work and support from our community.
